Testers were struggling to connect test cases, data, jobs and reports. I redesigned screens across the application, then explored checking a case during creation.

A technical foundation.
A human starting point.

I studied Computer Science, specialising in Graphics & Gaming at UPES. Today, my work is about helping people find their way through complex software.

When I first worked directly with a testing team, I had a lot to learn about their domain. Talking to the people doing the work gave me a better starting point than assuming how they would use it.

I bring that approach into my work: understand the task, connect the flow, and pay attention to the details of the interface.
